Who we are

This website is operated by VERDE Financial Services Ltd., company number 517062436, of 3 Hayarkon Street, Lyfe Building B, Bnei Brak, Israel ("VERDE", "we"). We are the controller of any personal information described in this policy. Questions about privacy can be sent to office@verde.co.il.

Legal basis

This policy is written in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, as amended (including Amendment 13, in force since 14 August 2025), and the regulations made under it, including the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 2017.

What this website collects

This website is an information site. It contains no forms, no login, no newsletter and no chat, and it does not ask you for personal information. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not embed third-party widgets. Its fonts and scripts are served from our own hosting, not loaded from outside services.

Technical information

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., automatically records short-lived technical logs when a page is served, such as the IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running, are kept only for a limited period, and are not used to identify you or combined with other information.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. If you use the accessibility toolbar, your browser remembers your display settings (text size, contrast and similar) in its local storage on your own device, so they stay in place when you return. These settings are never sent to us or to anyone else, and you can clear them at any time with the toolbar's Reset button or your browser settings. No consent banner is shown because no tracking or marketing cookies are used. If we ever add analytics or similar tools, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

If you contact us

If you write to us by email, call us, or connect with us on LinkedIn, we will use the details you provide only to reply to you and to manage our relationship with you. We keep correspondence as part of our business records, in accordance with our record-keeping obligations, and we protect it with appropriate security measures.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties, except with service providers who act on our instructions (such as our hosting and email providers) and where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may object to its use for direct marketing (we do none). Write to office@verde.co.il and we will respond within the time set by law.
